Return & Exchanges Policy

Exchange of items can be made with the same product brand and should be done within 48 hours of product delivery if there is a size discrepancy or discomfort.

If the item fails within the manufacturer warranty period, the manufacturer’s representative will inspect the item to ensure it meets the conditions of the warranty and will be replaced at no extra cost except in a situation where the customer opts for an upgrade, in which case the difference in price will be paid.

Products with physical damage at delivery should be reported immediately.

Shipping Information, Cost & Time Frame

Items will ship within 48 hours of payment confirmation except express shipping and it at the customer expense and will be based on delivery location.

Customers that qualify for free delivery will be contacted for shipping instructions.
